Lina Ruiz is a licensed real estate agent through Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors’ Garden City branch office. Lina is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish with complete fluency. Lina devoted herself to public service and became a police officer in 2005. While working as a police officer, she attended the illustrious John Jay College and graduated with honors, earning a Master’s Degree in Public Safety. It was a role that Lina found fulfilling – helping people comes as second nature to Lina.

Lina was called to real estate when she started learning about construction and flipping homes.
